4th-level nameservers?

When I get my next hosting server, I was thinking having the ns1 and ns2 appended to the name of the server, like ns1.chicago.250host.com. Does anyone know of any of the TLDs having problems with fourth level nameservers?

Probably not a problem at all. uu.net seems to be able to get away with it:

AUTH00.NS.UU.NET
AUTH60.NS.UU.NET
AUTH200.NS.UU.NET
AUTH210.NS.UU.NET

None of the TLDs, that I am aware of, has a problem with this.
