Domain Auth Code

This is a first for me, I have a customer who is attempting to transfer a .biz domain and is getting prompted for a "Domain Auth Code:" .

This query does not appear on any other domains when they are transferred -- is the sokmething unique to .biz, or is it registrar specific?

It's actually regisTRY specific for .biz and .info, and could be obtained from the current registrar.
