If the feds treat the domain names as property, then what kind of legal precedent does that establish? Should be interesting to see what develops.

It's pretty weird, it's almost as weird as taking over the location of a company that is under investigation and see what clients drop by. They claim to do it to stop the operation of the site .. but what if that site is the only way a company does business? I think they can only do it AFTER a trial where it has been decided someone must stop whatever he did wrong on that site.
one of the domains they took was isonews.com Alex. They were accused of selling modchips which they have been doing recently.
Sweet, I want to work for the government so I can take over verisign.com and redirect it to my site :D.
